Kristen M. Gibbons Feden is a nationally acclaimed trial attorney widely known as being a fair, compassionate, and fierce advocate, representing clients in complex litigation matters, including sexual harassment, discrimination, and Title IX, and corporate-regulatory compliance. Ms. Gibbons Feden has been nationally recognized for her legal advocacy for victims of crime and other leadership efforts. Prior to joining Stradley Ronon, Ms. Gibbons Feden served as Captain of the Elder Abuse and Domestic Violence Units, as well as a member of the Sex Crimes Unit at the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, she regularly obtained convictions in complex physical and sexual abuse, domestic violence, homicide, child pornography, elder abuse, financial exploitation, aggravated assault, and other cases. Ms. Gibbons Feden remains an active member advocating with various organizations to develop and strengthen effective strategies to combat violent crimes and reduce the overrepresentation of minority youth in the juvenile justice system. Her most notable case was Commonwealth v. Cosby, where she played a critical role in the first trial, where she delivered the opening statement, and the second trial, where she delivered a closing argument. In both, Ms. Gibbons Feden drafted and litigated motions and questioned key witnesses, including the Survivor and the Expert on the Dynamics of Sexual Violence. Ms. Gibbons Feden is a featured speaker and panelist on numerous issues, including law and ethics, diversity and inclusion, and gender concerns, for organizations, summits, and conferences, and regularly provides Legal Commentary for MSNBC, CBS, CNN, and Fox 29. Ms. Gibbons Feden is committed to the community, volunteering her time as an active board member in a number of organizations, including as the Vice President of Victim’s Service Center, Aequitas a Prosecutor’s Resource, the Cheltenham PAL, West Chester University Foundation, Philadelphia Academies Inc., and Trinity Health MidAtlantic. Ms. Gibbons Feden also plays an active role at Salem Baptist Church of Jenkintown, where she serves on the Women’s Ministry, Children’s Ministry, and the Scholarship and Endowment Ministry.
