Kimberly Hardtke

Assistant District Attorney

Kimberly Hardtke is an Assistant District Attorney in the Brown County District Attorney’s Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Since 2017, she has served as the Regional Violence Against Women Resource Prosecutor for Northeast Wisconsin, providing training and technical support to other prosecutors in her specialized areas of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and stalking. In addition to managing her caseload, Ms. Hardtke is a member of the Wisconsin Attorney General’s Sexual Assault Response Team, the Brown County Community Coordinated Response team, the Brown County Domestic Violence High Risk Team, and other multi-disciplinary community efforts aimed at addressing violence against women in our community and effectively prosecuting these cases.
