Kimberly Dudik has over two decades experience in child protection as a lawmaker, attorney, Deputy County Attorney, Assistant Montana Attorney General, registered nurse, and advocate for domestic violence survivors. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Montana State University, Master of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana School of Law. She is Past Chairperson for the Council of State Governments West and Past Chairwoman of the National Foundation for Women Legislators. Her expertise on juvenile sex trafficking includes eight years of experience as a Montana State Representative leading groundbreaking reforms in criminal justice, child welfare, human trafficking, and violence against women.
