
Jennifer Hankel
Program Evaluation Supervisor, Child Welfare Division, Denver Department of Human Rights
Jenni Hankel graduated from the University of Denver with a Master of Arts Degree in International Human Rights. While in school, Ms. Hankel served as the Associate Director of Research for the Human Trafficking Center where she designed a global Human Trafficking Index and built research training curricula for graduate researchers. Ms. Hankel worked for three and a half years as an evaluator and analyst for Mile High United Way evaluating internal programs and building the capacity of partner nonprofits to measure and maximize their impact. Jenni has collaborated the last six years with the University of Wyoming to publish data on the experiences of street-involved women. She currently works as the Program Evaluation team Supervisor, in the Child Welfare division within Denver’s Department of Human Services and supports the research of the Colorado Forensic Compliance Evaluation Project.
