Herman Millholland, a former senior policy advisor to the Texas Attorney General on criminal justice and victim service issues, is an independent consultant with more than 22 years of comprehensive management experience specializing in criminal justice and victim services initiatives. Career highlights includes working with grass roots, community-based, non-profit and system-based organizations dedicated to serving victims and survivors of family violence, sexual assault and stalking; all with the goal of ending violence against women. His experience also includes strategic planning, financial management, board and fund development, and training and technical assistance. Herman is a recipient of the Congressional Victims’ Rights Caucus 2010 “Ed Stout Memorial Award for Outstanding Victim Advocacy”, and the Texas Court Appointed Special Advocate (Texas CASA) 2010 “Hero for Kids Award.”
