Continuing Nursing Education
This educational activity is co-provided by the International Association of Forensic Nurses (IAFN) and Anthony J. Jannetti, Inc. Anthony J. Jannetti, Inc. (AJJ) is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses' Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation (ANCC-COA). Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number CEP 5387 for a maximum 17.0 contact hours. Continuing Counselor Education

This program has been approved by the National Board for Certified
Counselors for 17 hours of continuing education activity. NBCC Approval Number: SP-971. This number is only valid for the Baltimore conference, October 3-5, 2005, and this approval applies to National Certified Counselors only. However, many state LPC boards will also accept NBCC approved hours. Contact the state board you are interested in to get information on their approval requirements.

Maximum total CLE Credit Hours: 17.00 PA lawyers will need to complete the PA CLE Credit Request Form and submit it with your attendance certificate and a check payable to the PA CLE Board for the hours attended. The fee is required for each half hour increment. PA requires a $1.50 per credit hour attendance fee payment. If you attended the maximum 17.00 credit hours for this course, please enclose $25.50 attendance fee payment.
New York
The New York State Continuing Education Legal Board recognizes the approval by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Continuing Legal Education Board to Ending Violence Against Women's International Conference on Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence & Stalking. Those seeking to count these hours toward CLE's through the state of New York should cite Provider # 5039, Course # 68832, Total of 17 hours.
EVAW International is working on applying for CLE's for a number of states. Maryland does not require continuing education units for attorneys.
Because of the varying needs of law enforcement, we cannot apply for Continuing Education credit in each state. However, law enforcement agencies are encouraged to download the agenda, abstracts and bios and submit to your continuing education board for approval.
